Here is what you should know about little blue dot...and the person behind it.

Hola! I’m Tanya, the founder of little blue dot

I started little blue dot based on a simple but powerful reflection my friend shared with me. She said:  «write down what you love doing and try to do as much of that as possible.» Drawing on my 16+ years of experience in learning, talent, and organizational development, I created little blue dot to put people at the center of organizational culture.

I believe that culture, values, and leadership are crucial for an organization’s success, and my approach focuses on helping clients define their «why», align their actions with that purpose, and keep people at the heart of everything they do.

My experience

What started as a career I stumbled into, soon became a passion for leadership and organizational culture. Before founding little blue dot, I worked in global companies in both the public and private sectors across the UK. Then four years ago, I moved back to my hometown in Spain with my family. Today, I use my commercial, pragmatic, and people-focused approach to help organizations thrive — and keep the work enjoyable.

With a master’s in Occupational Psychology/Organizational Behavior and a decade of experience leading teams, I’ve always focused on putting people at the heart of everything I do. As a learning and development expert, I’ve designed and delivered leadership programs, coached clients, and facilitated sessions — both in-person and virtually — always with a human touch. I’ve partnered with leaders and HR teams to recruit, onboard, and transform teams and entire organizations. I focus on the key skills and values that organizations want to bring to life to transform people, teams and businesses.

Who I am

I’m half Spanish, half Danish, and with a North American accent. My childhood took me across eight different countries before I made the UK my home for 16 years, where I started my career, got married, and had my two amazing and funny kids.

Then came the pandemic, which sparked a major life decision: to leave behind everything we knew and start afresh. We left London and moved to Spain, a choice many considered bold, if not crazy, given the stability of London’s job market and lifestyle. But my husband, Carlos, and I were certain it was the right move for us.

And it turned out to be.

Now, we’re living the life we’ve always dreamed of for our family, and I get to do what I love every day.
